Allow it to get to about 175°F to 185°F, not boiling. After pouring the water, let it steep for about 2–3 minutes. Over steeping leads to a bitter taste.

This tea also contains an antioxidant property that helps the kidneys to work at its best. To brew your parley tea, all you need to do is boil water and then pour it over a few fresh parsley leaves. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how you want the tea. If you want it light, 5 minutes is okay.

But if you allow it to steep for 10 minutes, the taste will be stronger. Alternatively, you may choose to put a slice of lemon or a spoonful of honey in the cup for extra taste.

6. Hibiscus Tea
